ACADEMIC CAREER 

Researcher since 2007, she teaches “Geography” and “Geotechnologies and cartography for cultural and environmental resources" in the degree course of “Modern Literature” and in the specialist degree of “Cultural and environmental heritage management” at the Department of Humanistic Studies, University of Naples “Federico II”. 

She is the vice-President of the AIIG Campania (Italian Association of Geography Teachers, regional section); she is member of C.I.R.AM (Inter-departmental Research Center for Environment) of University of Naples “Federico II”.

She actively participated in projects based on geographical approach and she frequently collaborated with various research institutes and governmental authorities: CNR (National Research Council of Italy), Ministry of the Environment and Protection of Land and Sea (Italy), Ministry of Education, Universities and Research (Italy), Vesuvius National Park, Regional authority of Campania, Authority for metropolitan city of Naples.

She attended meetings, conferences and seminars with the discussion of geographical reports or performing coordination activities. Her scientific production includes more than 40 publications (articles, books and book chapters).
