ACADEMIC CAREER

He teaches Human Geography  and Didactics of Geography at University of Cassino, and at Lumsa University of Rome.

Head of Department of Antiquities, Middle Ages at the University of Cassino. He has worked as a collaborator for the Italian Encyclopedia Treccani and was Researcher of Geography at the University of Basilicata. Since 2002, he is a member of the editorial staff of the journal "Geotema". He has also worked for the major national Geographic institutions as the Italian Geographical Society, Italian Association of Geography Teachers (Secretary of the A.I.I.G-Basilicata Association). Recently he is working on geo-referenced databases, development of cultural heritage of Lazio and energy transition. He has worked on the most important italian thematic atlases (Atlante Tematico dell’Agricoltura Italiana, Atlante delle Acque d’Italia, Italia. Atlante dei Tipi Geografici).
